This really sucked in my tummy. I am 6ft tall and weigh about 195. I normally wear a size 14 and I ordered a Large. It does do its job. I wouldn't want to wear this for more then a couple hours since I'm not use to the tight feeling. But I will order another color since it worked out. I gave it a 4 because I was having problems with the back top part. It kept wanting to flip over. I would highly recommend buying a size larger than you think you should. I'm 5'6 175 pounds wear a size 8/10 or med/large. I ordered this in xl. It was a bit snug trying to wiggle into it. Once on I loved it, but really should have just gotten a larger size. | Tag: best girdle for post pregnancy

I was really skeptical about buying this but I'm so happy I did. It fits nearly perfectly (I'm 5'7" and its probably perfect up to someone 5'6", so there's a little space it doesn't cover under my bra), it doesn't roll up on the legs, it doesn't bunch up the fat behind your shoulders and it is miraculously comfortable and fairly easy to put on. The longest thing is hooking it together, but it didn't take as long as I thought. I was worried about bathroom breaks and wearing no underwear, but there's no need to worry (unless you have issues not wearing panties). I only foresee a problem using this when its that time of the month. Just FYI, I got this to wear under dresses, and it's absolutely perfect for that! This works perfectly to keep my tummy in place postpartum. I like how there are different layers to put ontop of each other depending on how far I am postpartum. It is quick durable to keep me upright and have my tummy tucked in while at the same time flexible enough to bend over if needed. Sometimes i even forget i'm even wearing it.
