It's a little small around my hips and I wear a U.S. Size 10. I also did not realize that it has boning incorporated in it. Just makes it a bit hard to sit without the boning bending or dipping into my skin. Granted I have just worn it once. Overall good product. I had no idea what to expect when I bought this. I hoped it would at least make things look a ltitle smoother. Boy was I suprised. First, it looked a little daunting when I took it out of the package. Once I examined it I was excite to try it on. I will say that putting it on definitely takes a little time. Many hooks, but with a little patience it wasn't too bad. By the second time I wore it it had become a little easier because I had learned an easier way to hook everything. |

You can wrap this really tightly around your belly, which can feel nice in so far as feeling less jiggly while your muscles tighten. I found that overtime, above or below where the velcro attaches, it became looser and didn't hold as well, but I had the same problem with the Shrinx one too. |

I am 5'8" 190lbs and wear a 9/11 pants. I bought the 10/12 and it fits perfect. Doesn't make me lose a dress size just hold everything in so there in no muffin top or back fat. Only downside is it's a little tight on my thighs but I have always had big thighs no matter how small I was. Hopefully they will stretch out a little because it's noticeable with pants on. |
