I got one of these in every color. I wear a large. I bought a large. It fit tight at first, but as I used them a few times it fits well. I love them. I'm not as big of a fan as I thought/hoped I would be. This band needs a silicone backing to go against the skin to avoid the frequent ride-ups experienced. It rides up when your walking, sitting, standing. It doesn't tuck well into pants. I purchase for post-labor recovery and would return it if I could, but I've already used it and it does have a small stain. I'm a pretty small frame so I expected this to fit better than it does given it doesn't have a lot of areas to keep in. Overall wouldn't recommend. This was a good body suit. However, it was too small for me. I am 5'7'' 143-145 lbs. I purchased the Large and it was still a bit too small for me. I would still say it is a nice body suit though for someone who can take the constricting nature of the product. Some are looking for that in their shapewear. I like it to compress while being somewhat comfortable. I purcahsed the Wocoal briefs and they provide comfort in the crotch/groin area so that it does not cut off your circulation (which could cause an infection). |

First time I have ever written a review.i am 5'2 bust 35, waist 35 and hips 43 and a half.i had did so much research and I am so happy that I ordered this shaper.I had measured myself and followed the chart and ordered the xl and it fits perfect.It is comfortable and it smooths out all of your lines, it also makes you look a size smaller.It is a great confidence builder and helps improve your posture.Please try and you will be so glad you did.Will be ordering the nude color as I had gotten the black.Plan on losing weight and when I do I will still wear this shaper.It also lifted my butt and does not swish when you walk.Hope this review helps. |

30 days post c- section, I needed a boost of confidence! When I first tried it, I thought no way this is going to fit..But with a little patience and effort I was able to get it on and best of all get back in to my pre baby jeans.. no pouch! It is not the most confortable thing in the world but it is manageable and it does what it's supposed to :) I'm 5 feet 145 lbs and ordered the 4-6 size. |

It did the job and help support my post-op C-section. It help compress my cut. I would recommend it two anybody was having a C-section done. |

I bought this as a waist trainer to use postpartum, but my midwife advised that using an abdominal binder like this is not as good as using my abdominal muscles (I did not have a c-section). I returned it on her advice. |

It wasn't difficult to put on, like other reviewers had commented. The reason I didn't like it was because, I didn't look any different with or without it on. I was hoping for something with more control. Plus I could see the lines through my clothes. I wear size medium, sometimes small clothing. I ordered this in a medium. |
