I am still using the support (2 months after a c-section). I weight 160 lb now and just before I deliver I was weighting almost 200 lb, and this belt in my case fitted right. After delivery you feel very loose in this area.. so this help a lot with the walking and with the pain in the incision area. I have a advice though: Make sure to use a cotton underpants or a little piece of cotton cloth to protect the incision and avoid yeast growing and don't overdo with the tighten of the belt at the beginning. I help me a lot with the pain while doing housework and breastfeeding. As I said, i was very loose after delivery so.. The claim is that the top does not roll down. However as soon as I put this on the top rolled. In order to pull the top up to help eliminate bulges the bottom part also rises, which is not real comfortable. I would not recommend this product or buy large than you normally wear. |

The trendyline adjust the top and bottom for a pp mommy. With four secure velcro. I ordered pre pregnancy size and gained around 30 pounds for pregnancy. I think if I gained 40 or more I would have bought the bigger size. |

I was unsure what size to order from reviews. I ordered a medium and it is awfully tight. The boy short rolls up immediately. It will work, but I could've gone up a size. Doesn't really seem to make enough of a difference to be worth the uncomfortability. |

This helped so much after my c-section. It helps put everything back in place and helps with posture. The only negative is that it's super hard to breat feed while wearing it because you can't bend over much and your boobs are pushed up to your eyeballs |
