I would recommend going one size up from your usual. This product is great and better than fajas I've paid almost $100 for. It lifts your butt without it looking fake andor stiff while cinching and smoothing. I like the product although 2 of the 3 piece set is too large to fit as snug as I would prefer thus I must wear them in a different order than shown for the set to work for my size frame. I think the double velcro strip is excellent and would have liked it being on all 3 pieces. Seems really solidly built, but runs WAY too small. I'm a size 20-22 and purchased the 3X. I couldnt pull it up beyond mid-thigh. Based on the sizing, I would say the 3X fits like an American XL (16-18). |

I recently had tummy tuck surgery and thigh lipo and needed a post-op garment. I'd thought I'd give this a try since it had good reviews. It turned out to be a pretty good garment for the price. I bought two different sizes. At first I ordered a size 6-8. I stand at 5'3", weight 140 lbs and I normally wear size 10pants (30 in jeans). I am a pear shape and have (had) a flabby tummy. I have fluffy, soft skin, so if you are big, but more muscular, this might not apply to you. I was able to squeeze into the garment and it fit okay before the surgery. After the surgery it was another story. I had so much swelling, the thing didn't go past my knees!...so I ordered a bigger one size 10-12 and it worked. I only used the bigger one for two weeks and had to scale down after the swelling subsided. |

I like this shaper! Due to the front clasps, it would definitely show a little if the material was too thin. I've worn this several times and it is surprisingly comfortable white at the same time putting in some serious work. Any time I wear a dress, this baby is going under it. If my dress is a little shorter, it is easy to just fold over the shorts to the desired length. |
