I wear size L and got the 10-12. I use the third hook so I could've gotten the 8-10 and use the 1st or second hook but its ok! I still love the support it provides! Holy cow, was this ridiculously small. I needed a little shape wear to even out my tummy while giving me a little buffer between my thighs. I ordered a size up from what I thought I would need thinking I would be fine. I'm not sure what size I should have ordered, but I know it's not the one I got. I literally could not pull the medium up past my knee caps. I have very trim legs with knees that should not be the circumference of a grown woman's waist. If I had managed to pull this thing all the way up, I would have had to been cut out of it. I have some other stuff from this brand, so I thought I'd be fine. Nope. Wow! Talk about bang for you buck! This product is totally worth it! I got a very cheap waist wrapper at the hospital postpartum and wanted something better quality so decided to look on here. Soooooooo glad I found this and WOW! Talk about the price! There are three layers to this but it really does it's purpose. You just have to follow the instructions. I plan on breast feeding for at least 6 months so can't wear this right now, but I did tried wearing it for the fist week that I got it and I loved it. This product is better suited for standing up because it does bunch a little at the bottom when sitting down, that's why I plan on wearing this when I go back to work. |

I like this item but I did read reviews that said to size up. For me I sized up and although it does help I feel like it is a little loose. But I think that it is a great product. I got a black one. I would recommend a nude or white one if you wear light colors because you can see it if your clothing is not dark. |

Update: it's been almost two months and it feels that it losses up a little bit... it is not as tight as it was when I first got it... I still like it but I would like it to be tight....I would prefer ordering a size smaller if you are comfortable with it being over tight....but after a while it will loose.... |

I've worn this a few times now, and I still love the way it contains everything and gives me a good shape. My only complaint is the shaper does not come with a bra. Unlike others who purchased this, I do not have problems with the front hooks. I normally wear a size 8, purchased a medium and it fits fine. |

I wear an L/XL in general (mostly L). First tried the XL...no way. Couldn't get closed. Went to the 2XL and was still nearly impossible to close. I had to close it then slide it up, which I swear burned 10,000 calories and took 20 minutes. Sizing way off. |

This body shaper does a great job of accentuating curves and holding everything together. I only gave it 3 stars because you can easily see the midline hooks through clothing, it is SUPER hard to use the restroom (maybe there is a trick to this that someone can share with me), and it is really uncomfortable to wear. This product is well made and if not for the reasons mentioned above, I definitely would have given it a five star rating. |
