I'm 5'4 pre pregnancy weighed 125 lbs and was 170 lbs at the very end of pregnancy and delivered C-section. Also my belly seems to stick out much further than normal during pregnancy, this could be why the back spines bent out of place so quickly. Hope this helps! |

Super comfortable and fits pretty true to size. I'm a size 8 and went with the 8-10. I'm a little wary about it because I heard a slight rip somewhere when I tried it on. Another thing I didn't like are how thick the straps are as well as the big ribbons that garnish it. The straps would peek out towards my shoulders and could be visibly seen, even when I was wearing a thick strapped sleeveless outfit making it super obvious it's there. This made my waste smaller tummy was flat and my waste even looked smaller but it only goes so far up your back. My back fat sticking out at the top. It looked smooth everywhere until you look at the back at the top where it stuck out over it. It looked bumpy. The opening at the bottom was awesome and was very convenient when I had to go to the restroom but began to pinch my inner thigh after a few hours of wearing it. |

I used this right after I had my child. I felt like all my insides were falling out and had to be held in. This helped me heal a lot faster than without. I love this product. It offers firm compression or limited compression depending on your comfort level. There are three pieces so it's customizable to your size and comfort. They have the large velcrow strap to hold it in place and smaller velcrow straps you can use to shape your body. Plus, if you wear the straps just right, you can get the hourglass figure under clothes much like a waist cincher. I wear this thing all the time everywhere I go. |
