The product was a nice quality, but it certainly runs a little small and does not stretch much. I wear a size L or XL in leggings and bought the shapewear in a size large, as I did want a slightly smaller/tighter fit as an alternative to an abdominal compressor. I couldn't even get these past my hips. I gave them to my mom who wears a small or medium in leggings and she also had a little trouble getting them past her hips. I honestly didn't wear this as much as I wanted to. It's hard to wear all three pieces but if you don't wear all three pieces your extra skin/fat pushes up or down to wear the belts aren't at and looks awful. I ordered this Girdle Corset to flatten my lower stomach area for a wedding I was in 2 weeks after giving birth. I ordered a small, (I am a size 2 jeans) and the corset was too small for my waist. The corset did its job in flattening my stomach with forming an hourglass look. When I first got it it was sooooooo freaking tight. But after a weeks wearing it. it fit just right. I love how the the spandex is really thick in the inner thigh to snatch that extra meat and smooth it out. The waist trainer is great as well. I've had this shapewear for a few years now actually and it's served me well. Although it's a bit tight and uncomfortable to squeeze into, it gets the job done! Bought this so I could squeeze into my size 10 formal dress for a wedding (I'm usually a size 12). Bought the large and it fit perfectly. My dress showed no signs of lumps or bumps and it controlled my tummy pooch very well. I'm 5'0" and my measurements are 38/27/38 (bust/waist/hips). Hope that helps someone. |
