I am kind of between 'its ok' and 'I like it'. Once it is on it is very comfortable but the waist band is uncomfortably tight. Maybe I should have bought a larger size. Very good quality product, but the price is relatively high. You can get basically the same thing from other manufacturers for half the price. The problem I really found with it is sizing. I started out as a size 6-8 prior to pregnancy, and gained 30-40 lb, taking me up to about a size 14. This belt does NOT come in various sizes, and at my postpartum size, it barely fit (the velcro straps were connecting, but just barely). I believe it would have done the job of shrinking my postpartum belly if worn consistently, and it may be fine for ladies of a smaller size. For me, it didn't fit right and kept shifting around. I am very pleased with this product. I had a c section and waited about 4 weeks to start wearing it because my stomach was very sore. I really like that it has the bands on the side that you can adjust and it gives you an hourglass shape. It gives a lot of support and it is even helping me with back pain. I ordered a much for expensive postpartum girdle, which I had to return due to a faulty zipper. In the meanwhile I ordered this girdle, and I love it much more than the other one (which cost $100). It helped me feel more secure is my postpartum body and helped my uterus contract down. Being able to add and subtract pieces was great as well. |

Good quality. Exactly what I was looking for. After my c-sec I was looking for something that help me provide some support to my lower abdomen (pelvis). I purchase a couple of support underwear which were good for my abdomen but not for the pelvis. This just provide the perfect support w/o being uncomfortable to wear. |

My only complaint is that with movement, it shifts a lot, causing me to have to reposition it. When wearing all three supports simultaneously, this is a lot of readjusting! |
