Purchased this not knowing what to expect as I hadn't used or even seen a postpartum belt before. I ended up loving it! While the three pieces seem a little strange, it is nice to have it go all the way up the torso, as some belts only wrap the stomach area. At 180 pounds right before delivery, the belt only barely fit around me the next day after delivery (not sure what my weight was then).
