UPDATE... Literally. It almost feels like it constricting air flow. I wore this to work a few days after i bought it and I literally had to take it off after about two hours after... The band was tight and felt like a waist trainer gone wrong I work and sit alot and thought it would not be an issue but i was so uncomfortable that i wore it just that day and didn't put it back on and that was from april 21st. I may have bought too small a size but I bought a legging sold from amazon in a small and that fit extremely well. Should i have bought a medium? I don't know... But be careful when buying this... The product was a nice quality, but it certainly runs a little small and does not stretch much. I wear a size L or XL in leggings and bought the shapewear in a size large, as I did want a slightly smaller/tighter fit as an alternative to an abdominal compressor. I couldn't even get these past my hips. I gave them to my mom who wears a small or medium in leggings and she also had a little trouble getting them past her hips. I had to return mine cause i read the sise chart wrong. Kind if confusing. There were two sections for the size chart; the top section had waist size and the bottom was bra size. I used the bra size and ordered the L, which was too small. Ya girl needs an XL! First time i had to exchange with Amazon, so i hope they sens me a replacement instead of processing a return! | Tag:

I wanted to love this product. I fell into the size range that the item specified, however, it is completely inaccurate. I felt like the Michelin Man after I squeezed into. but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Fit as expected. Very comfortable. Material is light weight and breathable. I feel the quality is, good material seems to be really durable. Could only wear it for about an hour or so 2 days after csection. I feel its doing the job belly is shrinking down pretty quickly. Love that its adjustable; can get it to fit really tight and provides awesome back support. Also very affordable so far i feel the velcro wont be an issue but because of the price i can always buy another one without a problem!! |

Putting the bands on and getting them in the right spot can be a bit time consuming at first but once you've done it a few times it gets a bit easier. Not the most comfortable to wear while sitting down or bending over but okay while walking around. Seems to ride up a bit if I'm moving around a lot. Not a terrible product but probably not the best out there either. Overall, I would say that I am satisfied for the most part and I feel like it will help get my tummy back into shape. |

I am 5'5" 140 lbs and I got a small. It is very tight, but isnt that the point? Stays up no problem, sucks in the middle without flattening the butt. Only complaint is that the shorts are a little too small and roll up on me a little. |

So yea, this item works for what I personally wanted it for and it's overall comfortable and a nice alternative for what I was using before. But I really wish I could somehow change the waistband as it is much too tight for me and I really hate the rubbery stuff. |

I am really curvy and I got this because people said the top WOULDN'T roll down, well, apparently if you have a narrow waist like I do then it still will. I'm pretty frustrated by it because all I want is shapewear that will stay in place, but it apparently doesn't exist. Instead the "grippies" at the top just pull at my skin, and then my clothes when they start to roll down. Yes, it does help smooth out the lines under a dress, but that doesn't help much when I get a bump from the shapewear curving in on itself. It's to the point where when I do wear it (because I spent the money) I end up tugging it back into place the entire night. Exhausting and I definitely wouldn't buy again. |

Now, I am a week postpartum, and decided to try it on. I'm regretting not getting a large. Right now, my waistline is about 37 1/2 inches, and my hips about 47 inches. I could not get this around my abdomen, without stretching it and just barely getting the Velcro to attach. When I was able to get it to attach, it was very tight and painful, and when I moved, the Velcro started to come undone. |
