I bought this item to help with my posture and my back pain. So far so good. I haven't had it for long, but it fits well and is very comfortable. It's not very practical to wear under clothes to go anywhere, but it is good for wearing at home to hold the tummy in and help support the back. Fat free dressing.. interesting name. Well it didn't suck in my postpartum belly like I wanted it to.. but it isn't to blame. When I first opened the package it looked like it would for my 6yo and I'm sure it could. I managed to squeeze my 3 month postpartum body into this contraption and it was interesting to say the least. I didn't end up using it for my event because the thigh area was tight and would roll up and turn into panties. this is better than I expected , it is 3 different belts and gives full support to my belly and the flab in the back. it is very well made and is pretty sturdy . it doesnt roll down like other belly belts , it has some kind of sticks which are flexible and keeps the belt in place. Can't start using these until 3 days birth. I was 140lbs before pregnancy and 193lbs at the height of pregnancy (usually a medium pre-pregnancy). I got this in large and not so sure about waist yet but for my back it started to hurt and spasm a bit after pregnancy. I have been wearing this nonstop and no back pain. Im 5'6" 134 pounds and have a round bottom and these fit perfectly. The top of it reached to the bottom of my bra. The only thing I dont like is that the top has a gel like plastic ( to help it stay in place) and its on a fold thats not sewn down so it will fold up and need to be put to rights occasionally. |
