It does take a while to get used to, I like that there are 3 separate pieces allowing me to mix and match them. However, this is for the lower abdomen. If you are short waisted and want this for that pooch, it is solid. I am unfortunately long waited and have serious belly rolls. My wife tried a few other belts before trying this. She has had chronic back pain and an overhang post C-section. After using this belt her back pain has reduced and posture improved greatly. I really wish they had different sizes in these, because I could barely get two of the pieces on. The third piece that goes around the hips wasn't even close to fitting, but I have large hips. I love that there are 2 waist bands. I'm, postpartum, between a size 6 and 8 and still have room to tighten them. This was a good product but it just didn't work for me. After wearing it for a couple hours I experienced major back aches and couldn't wear this. I emailed the seller in order to return it and they turned around and credited me no questions asked moreover they didn't make me return it!! Delivery was very fast. As soon as I tried It on I knew it was great. Great fit and support, I am 5.2 125 lbs and I purchased a medium which was perfect. You cannot hide it under clothes but that didn't bother me. I needed it for an upcoming surgery and it works great. Gives me the support I need on my abdomen and then I can fasten the 2 strips to support my back. I really love this belt. I truly recommended it and I know I will still use it after I heal from my surgery. |
