I think this product is well worth the money. I decided to try the pull on version of the YoYo girdle because the price difference is quite a lot less than the corset version. I am very happy with this investment. If you have ever worn shape wear before, then you will have no issues with this postpartum girdle. I will say the first time getting this item on is difficult, after that though each subsequent time is much easier. I have seen good improvement in my shape since giving birth and wearing the girdle. I only wear it for about 8 hours a day but I am still seeing results. Fits well and helps with the recovery (at least for a vaginal delivery). I rated 4 stars since I don't think is wide enough since when I use it it goes up during the day and does not stays as it should be (as shown in the image). I've only had and worn this for a few days but I really like it so far. you can basically make it as tight/loose as you want. Flexible enough to sit in. I wear it around the house as much as possible. have not seen any results as far as loosing inches but like I said I have only worn for a couple of days. This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I ordered a size large. I usually wear a size 12-14 (pre-pregnancy) & it barely comes together in the front. The scratchy velcro rubs on my belly. But I am only a week post partum so I am hoping it might fit me a bit better in a month or two. I did wear it for 2 days straight (only taking it off at night) & already noticed a difference, but decided to still wait a few more weeks because I felt a bit bruised after wearing on top of already feeling pretty sore after delivery. I think when I try it again it will be better. Also, want to more there was no instructions for how to wear or how to wash. |

I really like it! I am exactly 7 days post delivery. Had a natural vaginal birth. Ordered this 3 weeks before. Decided between medium and large, went with the large. Fits perfectly right now because the straps on the sides can pull it nice and snug! Just to give you an idea of my dimensions: pre pregnancy I was 155, size 8 pants, size M or L tops, just was 36 DD. During pregnancy, I gained typical 30 lbs (worked out a ton and ate healthy like crazy), bust went up to 40 F (gosh I know), and pregnancy shirts Large. Post pardum, immediately went down 20 lbs during 11st 7 days but still have a little tummy pouch. This wrap girdle does the job- you do NOT need to pay 100 dollars on those expensive ones! This one is comfy and I wear it all days around the house, I even NAP in it! It's soft and flexible. I've even worn it out under my flowy dark shirts (which is all of my tops).
