I bought this to wear postpartum after my second csection. Sizing runs a bit small and it really would benefit from being thicker/taller. The way it's made, you have to choose between squeezing up back fat or pushing down love handles-not exactly a choice most new moms want to have to make. Really helped me, after 2-3 weeks my belly is back to pre pregnancy size. Definitely still have to work out to tighten up my muscles but my belly went back to about how it was prior to pregnancy and I really haven't even been wearing it as often as I should. My only complaint is the lack of instructions, they weren't detailed enough and maybe something to identify which belt is which.
