This belt says 3 in 1... but it's really 3 in 3... there are three separate parts to this belt. Good luck figuring out how to accurately put them on. I'm assuming I'm doing a good enough job, but I basically have no idea what I'm doing with this thing. I love this product! Having three pieces really allows you to customize the placement exactly where and how you need it. Feels secure and hugs my body very comfortably. The only negative is that it's SO supportive that I can't sit and nurse with it on, I feel too restricted. Otherwise sitting with it on is no issue, just somehow the nursing position for me doesn't work. Overall it's a great item and I'm already spreading the word to the new moms I know. I can't speak to the results you get from it yet, but so far I like it! Oh and it doesn't look like a big mess under my clothes. It's a little small around my hips and I wear a U.S. Size 10. I also did not realize that it has boning incorporated in it. Just makes it a bit hard to sit without the boning bending or dipping into my skin. Granted I have just worn it once. Overall good product. Kind of uncomfortable when sitting. I am 5'4" and 160 lbs post partum. I ordered an XL and it fits. It rides up when you sit down. |

Held everything in after delivery. I probably should have worn it longer and more often than I did, but it still helps give me extra support when I need it. If you're expecting it to make your stomach flat again, it won't. It's bulky with all of its parts, but will definitely make your figure more sleek (I ended up with rolls and such after pregnancy, this smoothed them out). It also helps with back pain during recovery. |
