Shipping was very fast. Item arrived before the estimated date. The product was in an open bag without the tags attached. I am assuming this means that the item was a return from a previous purchase. A little disheartening to receive an item that was not brand new yet pay the price for some thing new. The item fits a bit large. This is an awesome product. I had a c section and my belly is still a little sensitive. This belt (especially the pelvis belt) gives me support what my belly needs. My upper back has been really sore and tense.. well this problem is now solved too cause it gives my back support that it needs plus it keeps it straight. I have a bellefit compression garment that I paid way more for but I couldn't wear it for long periods of time bc of the wires digging in my side so I bought this.
