This works well and there are many different ways to wear it depending on where you need the support. It is not something you can wear under tight clothing bc the Velcro'd areas are a little bulky. It does provide great support for post partum to squeeze everything back together. | Tag: maternity belt for back pain
but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks.

Fit as expected. Very comfortable. Material is light weight and breathable. I feel the quality is, good material seems to be really durable. Could only wear it for about an hour or so 2 days after csection. I feel its doing the job belly is shrinking down pretty quickly. Love that its adjustable; can get it to fit really tight and provides awesome back support. Not a great belly band at all. It has an awkward fit and it sweezes my midsection but the upper and lower parts of my stomach are bulging out with no band the cover it all adequately. It theory it's a great product but the parts are not labeled, and the sizing is not good. The only directions you get are pictures of women wearing the parts for each stage, but it is impossible to tell some of the parts apart and also to tell which way is the top or bottom. Also a few pointers on the best time frame for daily wear but they were clearly not written in English first and are a bit confusing.
