I ordered the xl and I planned on sending it back initially because I could not get into it, it was that tight. I just had liposuction and was swollen. I did order the xxxl size and it worked on the largest hooks. Once the swelling went down I could wear both sizes and they worked equally. I am 5'9 and 160 pds. This shaper is great and I even sleep in it. The cut away crotch area takes a bit of getting use to. I just wear my regular panties over it. You will be able to use the bathroom for both 1 & 2 without having to remove everything. It will be interesting to see if it can be worn in the heat of summer. | Tag:

Was a bit difficult to get on and rolled down across my back, someone will have to help but it in place. But it does its job. Since having my son I have a bit of a gut and don't feel comfortable wearing dresses, I am hosting a baby shower and needed something to go under my dress and this is perfect. |

It's SUPPOSED to be a little small, in order to hold your larger self in! I have worn it all day and it's been lovely. I was worried it would roll down from the top, but it's strong and has stayed in place without pulling my skin or bothering me in any way. I have a "pooch" and love handles from having my first baby because I've not lost the weight and this holds things in, smoothes out my love handles and you can't tell I'm wearing it under my clothes! Super discreet and an absolutely LOVELY product. I'm buying a few more!!! |

This is a good belly band in theory. I feel like it helps with getting your belly back somewhat but it's uncomfortable to wear and you can't wear it under clothes especially if you're over weight. It keeps folding down and you're left with a big fat roll on top. It's really annoying when you sit down and definitely can't wear it in public. |

The material is loud. I have thighs and when I walk, the sound of the material rubbing together is super loud! No joke, LOUD. So I just did a little needlework and sewed a piece of soft fabric onto the inside of one of the legs and problem solved. |
