I would highly recommend buying a size larger than you think you should. I'm 5'6 175 pounds wear a size 8/10 or med/large. I ordered this in xl. It was a bit snug trying to wiggle into it. Extremely uncomfortable. I was very tight on my legs and my torso. I have worn these before and I know these are supposed to be tight but this was over the top tight. The top would roll over. | Tag:

I paid alot of money to have it sent to me and was not pleased with this product. I wear an XL ordered 2x and it doesnt fit. Way too small and it s m elled. Now i have to go out and buy a xiat whoich i should hav done before i leave for my trip. This item is made for junior or petite woman.I the best wrap stomach after giving birth |

This is the best body shaper I have ever had. I typically wear this style but without the hooks. I have 3 children and the skin on my tummy is very loose and hangs. With the other shapers I have, I still have a pouch but not with this one. I also appreciate the generous opening for bathroom use. It makes life so much easier. I bought a 3x and wear a 16-18 in pants. I'm just waiting for my size to become available again so that I can purchase more of these. |

I had the easiest pregnancy and the easiest delivery for my daughter! But postpartum was not so easy. I have had the worst hip pain after her birth. Most days I could hardly walk! After months of chiropractic care and wear this at night I am finally starting to feel better. I only wear the hip part of this support system and I started wearing this 3 months postpartum. (to be honest, I was lucky enough to not need the rest, my stomach went right back to wear it was before pregnancy, flat) |

Works great but I wish it was longer. I am 5'6" and I have to sacrifice some room on the top or bottom when I wear it. I got a large and otherwise it fits great. I wish it was not as easy to see under clothes though, the Velcro parts kinda stick out. |
