The next time I wore it, I wore my corset under it! The corset reduces my waist to 38", but of course the corset itself adds some bulk & there is upward & downward displacement. I didn't have nearly as much trouble getting the lower panty portion on the 2nd time. I think it stretched nicely, the corset may have helped too though usually I wouldn't have expected it too. Fastening the hooks was a bit easier. Most importantly for me, it helped keep my corset in place - it has a tendency to slide up over time because of how I'm shaped & this stopped that entirely! It helped keep the bottom in place without pushing sharply into my skin.
