The first time I used it, I wanted to wrap it as tightly as I could to make me look thinner, but that wasn't a good idea. Throughout the day it rolled up, and I kept having to adjust it. Even when I adjusted it so it wasn't too tight, it still kept riding up throughout the day, but it didn't bother me too much. Every time I used to bathroom, I just readjusted it. I'm pear shaped, 170lbs, 36d bra, and 38c bra, medium, large shirts, size 12 jeans first of all. I bought the black and purple size 6-8. They sent the black in a size 4-6, and the purple in 6-8, The 6-8 fits perfectly. The 4-6 fits a little smaller, but I can work with the size 4-6. Its has a large opening for the restroom, which I love. When you first put it on, its a challenge, but like most, they start to loosen up. After finally getting this on, I am thinking if I just try it on 3-4 times a week, I won't need it anymore..... Because of all the pulling, adjusting, tucking, bouncing and breath holding, I started to sweat when it was only halfway up. Literally had to pep talk myself out of a panic attack when I realized just how bad it was gonna suck if I really was as stuck as I felt. There was no point in trying to think of who I could call to help me because there was no one. I would die before letting anyone see me buck naked tied up with this crotch-less contraption that looked a lot more like bondage the way it was stuck.. Very durable tho because once I got it up, it held strong. It was actually pretty comfortable once it was all the way on. Taking it off was literally like taking a full body bra off at the end of a long day. That alone made it ALMOST worth the near death experience! Overall, I am happy with my purchase. High quality product priced well. |

This was a great buy!! I don't use it much because let's face it as a first time mom a girdle is the last thing on your mind. When I do wear it though I forget I even have it on. It's comfortable and it really does work. I had it on for 3 days straight (for about 45min- 1hr) and I noticed a difference. |

The best purchase after giving birth to twins. It truly helped slim down my stomach and waist. I put it on day 2 after giving birth and I believe that helped a lot. I was a little confused on how to put all 3 pieces together. And I was wearing it wrong for the first 2 days. But it still served its purpose. I love that the top piece and hip piece are adjustable. |

I love how this fits. It's already better than the belly bandit that I had previously gotten after my wnd pregnancy. This one has yet to roll up when sitting or walking, it covers everything, and the slight pressure on my back and hips feels great! |

I had a c-section and this binder was great. I was able to walk around without feeling that my insides were going to fall out. Everything felt nice and secure and it was very comfortable while I was up. My only issue was that I had to undo and redo the entire thing when I had to use to restroom. I also couldn't sit very well in it. But overall I really enjoyed this and I'm super happy that I purchased it. I also feel that this helped bring down my waistline back sooner. |

Site stated that one size fits all, but it doesn't. It barely fits me and when I do wear it, it's pretty tight and I can only wear it for a little while. I wish that it was a little bit bigger. I love the concept of it and I would definitely buy it again if I knew that it would fit me better. Sometimes when I do wear it, it comes undone |

Have been using this product since I gave birth on 7/16/17 (a week now) and can verify it is definately working. Several people have commented on my body post birth saying I look good even though it's just been a week. I would recommend to others. |
