Highly recommend for friends.I started wearing it a couple days after baby was born and I really believe it works wonders. I was back in my pre-maternity skinny jeans within the week. Everyone was amazed at how fast my belly went down and it definitely wasn't due to diet or breastfeeding because I didn't do either.

This will definitely show up under your slinky dresses. This is not something you could wear to go out if you are in a bodycon dress but if you are wearing a baby doll type flowing dress and it may not show it up. It could be used a back support as well since it is sturdy. I think this is best postpartum waist trainers in canada.

workouts , it isn't as suffocating as others so I can still move around the gym . I had an issue with getting the correct size but customer service was great and got me fixed up very fast !

Great product.This postpartum support band comes with 3 pieces,It is very comfortable,the middle and lower part are adjustable,so I can adjust it,it really helped me a lot.I highly recommend this postpartum waist training.

Identical product as the others, don't be fooled but those that look the same and cost twice as much. I use it a few hours a day not to waist train but to help with my separated abdominal muscles from pregnancy. It's rather bulky so I only wear it at home and simply it's a great affordable cincher.

This is my first waist trainer and it fit perfectly as stated for my size on the chart. I read the reviews and I agree that the hooks and material are good quality, and the rubber smell goes away once you take it out the package and let it air out overnight. I hate wrap can scratchy my skin I had one before during my first pregnancy recovery. This it support me go back normal shape of my body. I went ahead and bought it anyway because I figured that even if I didn't like it that it was a third of the price of the belly bandit. This is a great postpartum waist band. It really gets tight in the places that need to be put back together. I got the size large. Pre pregnancy I was a size 4. I think now I'm a size 6-8 trying to get back down to a 4 but the large size is perfect. Can't imagine how tight if a fit the medium would've been!
